The bed is integrally cast from cast iron and made of high-tension “Mihannar casting”. It features a large-span design and a double 45° bottom center of gravity back design, which shortens the distance between the force application point and the cutting point, enhances the overall mechanical rigidity and stability, and achieves the maximum strength and precision.

• The machine tool is equipped with a dual-channel control system, which enables simultaneous turning, drilling and other processing on two different parts (or the same part).

• Dual-axis movable processing enables both synchronous processing and the connection of parts on the two spindles without stopping the machine. This results in higher precision, significantly shortening the clamping and processing cycle of the workpiece and avoiding problems caused by repeated clamping.

• The knife is installed in a row, featuring a fast response speed. The dual spindles combined with large-stroke tool arrangement greatly expand the processing range.
