The dual-spindle inclined interpolation Y-power tool turret turning and milling compound center adopts an integral cast bed and a high and low rail saddle design, which better brings out the load-bearing performance of the guide rail. The Y-axis adopts an advanced inclined interpolation design from abroad. Besides reducing the center of gravity of the tool rest, the center of gravity of the tool rest and the cutting force always fall between the guide rail slider, which can make the machine tool more stable and rigid.

The dual-spindle turning and milling compound machine is equipped with two relatively arranged spindles. The machine tool has a unique dual-channel control system that enables dual-spindle and four-axis linkage processing. It can complete compound processing such as turning, milling, drilling, tapping and engraving of some complex-shaped precision parts.

The machine tool as a whole adopts a double-spindle layout in pairs. The spindles have the C-axis control function of indexing interpolation, and the left and right spindles have the function of rotational synchronization (speed synchronization). It can achieve the connection and transfer of parts between the left and right spindles without stopping the machine, realizing the all-round turning and milling compound processing of the product.
